Shipping Policy

How It Works

Shipping

Your order means a lot to us, which is why we provide fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all our products. All orders placed before 8PM Monday to Friday is processed and dispatched the same day, all order placed after will be dispatched the next day. Delivery cost may vary based off location.

 

Exceptions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APOs. Additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

 

Business Days and Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution center on weekends or on U.S holidays.

 

Tracking Orders

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. There will be a email sent to you that will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier cite.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds

Once we received your item, we will notify that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.

Shipping

You are responsible for shipping if your refund was approved.
